EXA congratulates General Dynamics Missions Systems – Canada (GDMS–C) on Department of National Defence (DND) selection for sustainment programs
EXA is thrilled to congratulate General Dynamics Missions Systems – Canada (GDMS–C) for being selected to deliver four Department of National Defence (DND) sustainment programs for a total value of $1.7B (see link below):
- System of Systems Engineering and Integration (SoS E&I, $713M)
- Core Network ($455M)
- Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR, $210M)
- Applications ($300M)
GDMS–C will perform these four programs as part of DND’s Land Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (LC4ISR) Capability. The LC4ISR capability is a highly integrated tactical system comprising sensor, communication, networking, and information management sub-systems.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PSPC) issued four concurrent LC4ISR requests for proposals (RFP) that closed in early 2023. PSPC announced GDMS–C won all four programs on 20 December 2023.
